My leasing company uses Drain Doctors, and Alfredo came in and promptly replaced my faucet and hose bib. For the faucet, he not only replaced it but also completely replaced the drainage after noticing it was old and rusted. He also thoroughly checked that all the systems were running well after the replacement and that there were no leaks. Overall, great service.

Had two major issues, one with bathroom then later kitchen sink both stopped up. Plumbing blockage for both cleared. Leaks repaired and new garbage disposal. Both calls resulted in Drain Doctors coming out right away and fixing the problems with knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. The owner then came out to ensure satisfaction of service. Above and beyond. This company is great. I highly recommend their services. Pricing was very good with regard to fixing and repairing what was needed.

We had a plumbing emergency so we called Drain Doctors, our regular go-to plumbing service in San Luis Obispo. Both bathroom toilets had backed up and were backfilling into a bathtub. Though it was a Saturday, a non-working day for them, they had a person on site within an hour. The fellow who came, Alfredo, knew exactly what to do to test for the location of the blockage. He found it quickly, elected to run the snake from the standpipe on the roof all the way to the septic tank. He found lots of roots along the way. That fixed the blockage. One toilet had a slow leak at the floor seal.
