I purchased my own garbage disposal to be swapped out with the old one. The Roto-Rooter technician came out on a Monday and quoted us $556 for 30 to 40 minutes worth of work? That seemed excessively high. So, we called a local licensed independent plumber and he performed the switch in 20 minutes and only charged us $105. Works as expected, no leaks. I’m sure Roto-Rooter has good technicians, but this is beyond ridiculous. I’m posting this to make sure you shop around before committing.

    Response from the owner

Hello and thank you for your review! We are sorry that the quote you were given was not what you expected, but we are glad you were able to get the work done. We always strive to provide excellent service at a fair price, we will pass this feedback along to our management team so they can provide additional training for the technician. Thank you again for your review!
