My technician this past week was Garren. We discussed my issue & he immediately put me at ease. He brought understanding of my problem to a lay person's level & made me feel informed. He took care in covering floor areas before proceeding with equipment. Upon finishing and moving forward, he offered advice on my drains. Garren is professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Garren and Steve Ray Plumbing!

    Response from the owner

Hello Sharon! Garren has been in the plumbing business for a long time and just as you witnessed, it typically shows. There are a lot of plumbing companies in Central IL, and we are lucky he chose to work for us. Thank you for taking the time to leave your experience and the review. We appreciate your business!

Steve runs a quality business with trustworthy employees. Have used him since he first branched out on his own and have never regretted it. Since we both work, it's always nice that, when there is an issue, they can be trusted to enter the home, make the repair, and clean up without us taking time off. The click to pay is extremely convenient.

    Response from the owner

Hello David! Thank you for that pleasant review. I could not agree with you more. Steve Ray is an awesome guy and he does run a tight ship. We stride on professionalism and it is always a pleasure when the customer agrees. Thank you for being a long time customer!

Determined we had some kind of a leak in the finished basement. Contacted Steve Ray Plumbing and a service member was out within a couple hours. He determined the issue and fixed it quickly.
