While they may be fine for basic plumbing, avoid this branch of Roto-Rooter for any water damage or restoration needs. When water backed up into my finished basement, their team assured me they would handle everything, including moving items and extracting water from the carpet to prevent mold. Instead, they worked for only 15 to 20 minutes, left the furniture and items completely in place, and left the carpet soaking wet. They did none of the work promised, yet they still billed me nearly $2,000 for a service that resolved nothing.

    Response from the owner

This isn't the experience we want any customer to have, and we'd like the opportunity to learn more about what happened during your visit. Please expect a call from our management team soon so we can look into this further and work toward a resolution. Thank you, Matthew.

Elon showed up within hours of my call and promptly cleaned roots out of a sewer line discovered during an inspection. He and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job quickly. Bonus fiber optic view of the clean line provided evidence that the problem area was cleaned up. Highly recommended.
