    The guy who serviced was nice and very effecient in his work. Unfortunatley, the truck left massive oil stains in my drive. Nothing was said and I didn't see them until a few hours after he left. Super disappointed.

    The technician who initially came to my home was courteous and let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. He also informed my son when the work had been completed. A second technician completed the repair to our tank, and he did an excellent job. My only concern is with the communication regarding the billing. I was never notified that the repairs had been completed or informed of the total cost before my credit card was charged. I believe customers should be provided with the final cost and given the opportunity to review it before any payment is processed.

    Rogers was awesome to work with getting my system corrected after my builder and his subs made numerous mistakes installing it and then trying to repair their mistakes. Dennis was extremely helpful explaining the working, offering better solutions, but also not trying to do work that would cost extra when he didn’t believe it was needed. I will be using Rogers for years to come when I have any septic concerns.

    We are so happy with Rogers Septic. Upon their first annual inspection, they identified a problem our previous company had not mentioned that needed repaired. This week we had a blockage and they were terrific. Responsive, communicative, well-priced. I have no negatives. I will continue to use them and recommend them!
