I had to rush home from work early when my septic alarm started going off. After calling the bigger companies in the area and being told I’d have to wait a day or two for emergency service, I decided to give R&S Septic a call, and I’m so glad I did. They had a truck and crew at my house in under two hours. Once they pinpointed the root cause of the alarm, another technician came right out to fix the issue without delay. They were informative, transparent throughout the entire process, and took the time to answer every question I had. Outstanding, fast service when I really needed it.

I tell you what…. R&S Septic Solutions, Kalyn and Alex are our hero’s. I called them early this morning, when the toilet wouldn’t flush and the smell of sewar was in the house. We are on a septic system. They were here and scoping our septic lines and tanks within an hour. They diagnosed the problem, and recommended a plumber. We are up and running again. Thank you R&S!

Site was easy to navigate and the staff were super friendly. I got my septic pumped and the process was super fast and easy. Definitely recommend!

We believed that our pump needed to be replaced and they came out promptly. Upon inspection, they found that the lines to the drain field were plugged and the tanks needed to be pumped. Our regular Maintenance company had not been thoroughly checking our system and had allowed everything to get plugged up. They were able to get the tanks pumped and lines cleared by working late into the evening just before a holiday weekend. Everyone who came were extremely helpful and truly seemed concerned about our situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
