I recently hired FloHawks to fix three plumbing issues at my home. One of those issues was a toilet that had a loud whistling sound during the flush. The technician spent approximately one minute on that specific issue. He simply wiped or cleaned the flush valve seal with his finger and told me that it should solve the problem, but if it didn't, the valve would need to be replaced. Three to four days later, the exact same whistling returned.

Please look at Yelp reviews for the real story on them. They have terrible service. I scheduled a septic inspection and pump since we’re selling our home. It was time sensitive. They were supposed to be there on Monday between 8am and noon. Around 2pm I called to check in and was told there running late but were first in line and would be there. Around 5pm I called and was told they had a job run late but would still be coming. 6pm they called and said they would need to come the next day between 8am and noon.

Alan S.came out same day I called for service; every place I tried calling said they wouldn’t out to service the day after. I have a family of 7 so I needed it done asap! He was incredibly efficient, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing and answering any questions we had I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family! Keep up the amazing work Alan!!

Response from the owner

We're so glad that Alan took great care of you. We look forward to serving you again in the future!

5 stars on septic Negative 5 on plumbing! First plumber came to install for a shower tub combo. Put the assembly outside the wall said I told him to do so. It took months and over 20 hours of phone calls to get compensation. They came to install a tub and surround and attach the tub drain. They didn't seat the surround correctly, we had to tear it out. Lost 1k on that. Then we got about 90% done and turns out they didn't attach the ptrap. Bathroom flooded and we had to tear everything out including the subfloor. We lost another 11k on that.

Response from the owner

Hi Brynn, we are so sorry to hear that your experience was less than ideal. We’d love the opportunity to discuss further with you...please reach out to Bernie at BernieStrawn@FloHawks.com.
