To clarify how we price: we use upfront flat-rate pricing, which means the number we quote is the complete, out-the-door price, parts, labor, warranty, and permit where required, guaranteed not to change once work starts. We do this instead of itemized time-and-materials billing because customers told us they'd rather know the full cost before we start than get a surprise at the end. The on-site visit and quote were provided at no charge, and there's never any obligation. If you'd like to talk through what drove the number on your pressure relief valve, sometimes code items like expansion tanks are part of it, I'm happy to walk you through it personally.
