Pro Flow Rooter & Septic in GA

WOW. Amazing customer service! I called Pro Flow Rooter & Septic after I had already called another company that said they would get back to me. We needed someone ASAP because our septic was backing up and Pro Flow said they could come out and get us pumped so I scheduled with them. Well… the other company that never got back to me randomly showed up at my house. I felt bad just telling them no, so I went ahead and let them do it and canceled with Pro Flow. Let me just say… what a mistake that was. 😂 The other company was rude and the customer service was awful.

Professional and on time. All the guys doing the job were awesome. Explained, answered questions! Could not be happier with their service. Highly recommend them! Update: 2026 - Needed a plumber again. The guys were great. Very pleased with results! Thank you Pro Fow!

Calling trying to speak with the owner about a service. He said he was interested so I followed up. Hung up on me twice, when I was just trying to help. I'm a human being and thats not ok. Extremely disappointed in how they handled the situation. Will not be contacting them ever again.

They came out at midnight!!! Other companies advertised they were 24 hours but no one answered or you just got an answering service that could not help until the next day. Wayne and Dylan were great. They explained everything that was needed and why it was needed. They made sure not create more of a mess than needed and they cleaned everything up. This is a great company that everyone should use for septic service and repairs.
