    They installed a new system 8 months ago. By law there is a one year warranty. I've called all week and explained there is a leak. Each day I'm promised they will come out to my house. They have never shown up. Now I had to call another septic company to schedule the repair and I'll file against Eliot in small claims court.

    We appreciate your feedback and take all customer concerns seriously. Your system was installed, inspected, and approved by the county, and we have also returned to the property previously at no additional charge to address concerns related to landscaping activity after the installation. We do provide a one-year warranty on installations; however, damage caused by landscaping or heavy equipment over the system is not covered under the warranty terms. Despite that, we were still willing to come back out to inspect and assist with the issue. Unfortunately, due to previously scheduled jobs, our availability did not align with your expectations to come out this week, and we apologize for the frustration this caused. If another company performs repairs or alterations to the system before we are able to inspect the issue ourselves, it may affect any applicable warranty coverage. We always strive to work with our customers toward a fair resolution.

    We purchased a property where Brownlee installed a new septic. It was not done properly - someone came out after multiple phone calls and gave a run around that he would send the person out who installed it, agreeing it wasn’t proper. That was last we heard. No call backs from anyone. They shouldn’t be in business. I don’t think they even deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service and no professionalism. Never use them.

    They came quickly after a plumbing company didn't clear a main line clog (said it must be a septic problem). He immediately determined it was not a septic issue but was a main line clog. He cleared the clog and had my system fixed quickly. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and extremely helpful. Excellent company!

    Terrible reliability they came out. Clamed to have conneted both our tanks. Garrenteed us it would be good for at least 5year after applying more charges yo my dads bill for the pumping. And very dissatisfied with customer service. My dad been calling about his septic for 4 days now they said they would be the the next day. Like i said its been 4 days no word back. Wont even answer calls. These guys a straight up money hungry joke. Poor communication. 2/10 wouldn't recommend
