Brian installed our system in 2017 and we have had to have him come back out 2 times to partially fix our lines. I keep calling him at least 20 times and leave messages and texts but he never calls back. The line keeps collapsing and he knows this and will not return my calls. I would not recommend him at all! He knew there were problems soon after he installed it and he does not want to come back out to fix it correctly. Highly do not recommend if you want to have a guaranteed good job. I have waited about posting this review but feel I have no choice.

I trust this company like family. Brian is a stand up guy that does what he says, ALWAYS. Hard working and efficient. Been my septic Guy for years on multiple houses. All still working great. Trust Porter Septic- you will be happy you did.

Brian is fantastic! I've never met anyone in the trades who took the time to patiently explain the project to me until I really understood. We had a detailed conversation on the phone, decided on next steps, and Brian was communicative and prompt for the site visit. I would recommend him to anyone needing any kind of septic service. He clearly is very knowledgeable and professional. Top notch!
