The company also repairs septic systems and puts in new ones, and it offers septic inspections for a home sale or a routine checkup. Soil bears on the installation side, since 90.7% of the rated ground around Chattanooga is very limited for septic absorption fields, largely because water leaves the soil too slowly.

Google Reviews
From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.
The five-star reviews cluster around speed, straight answers, and a crew that gets to work. James describes an issue found and fixed within minutes, Zee got someone out within 24 hours of raising concerns, and Jen called midday with a backup reaching the bathroom and had help the next morning. Jen also writes that the crew "didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need" when the tank turned out to be fine and a clog was the real problem. Technicians get named by name. Alex says Rodney answered his questions in terms anyone could follow, and Zee and Courtney both came away knowing how to maintain a system, Courtney being new to septic ownership.

Before You Call
Whether the system is backing up tonight or a house closing is a week out, the first decision is which service it needs, a pump-out, a repair, or an inspection. Poop Dudes offers all three, so one call can sort a routine septic pumping from an emergency visit. If a sale is driving the clock, ask how soon a septic inspection can happen.
