    JR Wilson did a very good job for us with our annual plumbing inspection. He was very friendly and helpful and expert at what he was doing. He especially listened to all of my questions and answered in a professional manner, explaining what was both good and what was in need of repair for our plumbing system. Very Good Service !

    A lex had great hair,and did an excellent job. Nick did an excellent job. And has a winning personality. Tommy did a great and wonderful job. Jonathan and Paul did a great job,got to work and didn't stop,well little but they were great.Johnathan was prompt and well mannered and did his job well.Brayden did great This time Austin Campbell came to our home. He was informative and professional.

    I called Metro for a clog and they were out in less than 2 hours. The technician explained everything he was going to do and showed me the photos of the clog. I really appreciate the time frame and how quickly they came out. I appreciate the technician Ronnie he was professional and friendly. The price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely call if needed in the future. I also want to mention when I called the operator was very nice. Overall 10/10

    "I used to rate this company five stars, but after this experience, it’s down to one. They scheduled an appointment, completely no-showed, and never bothered to call, taking loyal customers for granted is a fast way to lose them to competitors who actually respect people's time."
