Just had both my cesspools pumped and treated by Joey. Awesome guy and company. He was super professional, friendly and informative. I do need new pools, which I knew, because they're block and I only last two years before needing to be pumped. But, Joey wasn't pushy about it at all and showed me what's going on and said when you're ready we'll be here help if you like. Pricing to pump and treat both pools was extremely fair compared to the other companies. Kevin K

Highly recommend Payless Cesspool. They came to our house during a holiday weekend on the day we encountered the issue. They were there within a few hours of our call and they fully fixed the problem. They went above and beyond with explaining the issue, fixing it, doing preventative maintenance on the whole system, and providing recommendations on how to avoid issues like this in the future.

This Labor Day Weekend, i had a sewage issue at my house in Rocky Point, our line was clogged and we had sewage backing up in the basement. I called Payless and on a Sunday afternoon of a Holiday weekend they had a truck with a professional at my house within the hour. Payless saved the day, they were on time, professional responsible and clean. Not only were they professional with respect to the trade but they treated my wife and I like family. I would highly recommend payless to anyone with septic/cespool issues!

I called they came and they took care of everything. What’s funny is I had my cesspools pumped 4 years prior by another company and didn’t have a great experience. It turned out they didn’t do what they said they did which was why I needed it done again so soon. Prior to four year ago I had never needed them pumped in 21 years.
