From the website of Murph’s Drainage Solutions Inc. | Cesspool Service, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.
Murph's Drainage Solutions pumps septic tanks and cesspools, and pumping is only the starting point: the same company inspects systems, cleans tanks, excavates, makes repairs, and installs new septic systems. The company says it is a cross-generational family business handling cesspool and septic pumping along with sewer and drain cleaning, for routine maintenance and emergencies alike. For a homeowner staring at gurgling drains or an alarm panel, one call covers the diagnosis and the fix.

Google Reviews
From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.
Jim is the name that comes up in the reviews, and more than one customer describes the same pattern: a call at a bad hour, then Jim at the door fast. Robert wrote that with a full septic tank and a blocked line he called in the evening, and Jim was "at my home the next morning." A caller who needed an emergency pump-out of a cesspool had someone there inside an hour, and Gary describes a difficult Saturday-afternoon problem that Murph stayed on until it was resolved.

Before You Call
Pumping on a set schedule and calling when a backup has already started are both jobs this company takes. If drains have been slow but nothing has surfaced yet, one question worth asking on the phone is whether to start with an inspection or go straight to the pump-out.
