Our water heater was making loud noise. It is about time to replace it with a new one. Arman from New Image Plumbing came on the same day and took a throughout check at the problem of the old water heater. He explained to use what the problem was and the problem was not repairable. We decided to replace it. In a short while, Arman came back with the new water heater. He and his coworker Hosa did a great job to place sheets on the hallway and made sure the draining of the water from the old water heater would not cause any problem on our wood floor.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for recognizing Arman and Hosa's attention to detail and efficiency. We value your recommendation and appreciate your thoughtful feedback.

When drain trouble hits, customers describe a crew that moves fast and leaves the house clean. Micah names Pierre and Jose, who he says were "very timely and efficient" with his drain issue, fixing it promptly and without hassle. Shant's crew arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment, tracked down the drain problem and had it fixed before they left, keeping everything clean along the way. Both reviewers say New Image Plumbing & Rooter is the company they would call again.
