Jose is a man of his word. He and his team did a very technically sensitive job on my 100 year old plumbing cleanly and efficiently. His pricing was competitive to win the job. I gave him more work to come back for on the spot.

Absolute pros! Logical did an exceptional job with a trenchless/sewer line repair at my home. Very fair/competitive price and great follow thru & communication. They get my highest recommendation (and thanks!)

We had an old sewer line in our home in Santa Clarita that had started cracking, and we wanted to avoid digging up the yard. Jose from Logical Rooter explained how epoxy pipe lining works by creating a new pipe inside the existing one after cleaning it out first. It made a lot of sense, and the whole process was easier than we expected. Everything has been working perfectly since.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Gerardo, for the kind review and for trusting Logical Rooter with your sewer repair. We're glad Jose could clearly explain the epoxy pipe lining process and that the trenchless solution was easier than expected. It’s great to hear everything has been working perfectly since. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need anything in the future.

We have called many plumbers that were ok because they didn’t do the job right and charged to much than what the job was worth. But Logical rooter was different they knew exactly what was the problem and fixed it right away. Best of all they charged me a reasonable price. Jose and his team were very helpful :)

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for sharing your experience Ally! We’re really glad we could diagnose the issue quickly and get it fixed the right way. Our goal at Logical Rooter is always to provide honest work at a fair and reasonable price, so hearing that we stood out from your past plumbing experiences truly means a lot to us. Jose and the team appreciate your trust and are always here whenever you need help again.
