    Can't say enough good things about Mr. Septic. Had an emergency backup on a Sunday around 7 PM. Called around to other companies claiming to be 24/7 and got nothing but voicemail. Reached out to these guys and they were on site within hours. Kevin was super helpful and knowledgeable and had our tank empty and a secondary line clog fixed in no time. Super awesome customer service and company.

    Mr. Septic is NOT LICENSED to work in Virginia. Virginia DOPR confirmed this information to me, today - 07/17/2025. I reached out to Mr. Septic, in a panic, on a weekend, two and a half months ago, and Kevin (technician) came to our property to pump-out our tank. Their owner, Dan, and their website said they were licensed and insured in Virginia. They are not licensed and my guess would be they are not insured. It is against the law to perform services on a septic system in Virginia without a license. While their technician, Kevin, was polite and professional - the price tag was steep, $950.

    I just had the crew from Mr. Septic out to fix a broken septic pump. I had called one of their competitors out before, but after diagnosing the problem and saying they would give me a quote for fixing it, they ghosted me. So I called Mr. Septic, and they were extremely responsive, and scheduled a technician to come out the following day within 12 hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem and put together a plan of action for fixing it. They ordered the pump the following morning and were on my property that afternoon with all parts in hand ready to get the job done.
