I contacted Cubbage Solutions after my septic alarm light came on, expecting professional service and a guaranteed standard of work. Instead, I experienced poor workmanship, incorrect guidance, and extremely unprofessional behavior. Cubbage Solutions told me my pump needed immediate replacement and instructed me to have the tanks emptied afterward. I followed every recommendation exactly. During the installation, I questioned why the new pump was being placed directly on the ground when the previous pump had been elevated.

Sorry you feel this way this is also a site that had alarm on for months prior due to not notifying operator, tanks also have water infiltration that is causing these issues. Client called 6 weeks later after installed and wanted me to come clean filters again at no charge we instructed them how to clean the filters to save money. Client then disconnected call. As seen no where in this long post to what the resolution was from Other company. Also this was a alarm call and not the required annual Wish you the best of luck but from all of the other reviews there every once and awhile is a unsatisfied client. Best of luck with your site

I worked with Cubbage Septic Solutions to arrange for my yearly ATU septic maintenance. They were fast to respond, easy to schedule with, and knowledgeable about the specific septic needs for my type of system. Fairly priced, I'll gladly work with them again next year.
