    We called Mr.Rooter of SE Wisconsin for a clogged utility sink. Unfortunately it happened on a a holiday, but they said they did have someone available from 12-2. We took the appointment and waited and waited for them. We called several times from 230-530 asking for updates. They answering service could only do so much and the last lady we spoke with did her best to help. We asked for the technicians number so we could call and they said they couldn’t give that, ok understandable but we asked if we could call us. Never heard from the technician and they never showed up.

    We have needed tree roots cleaned out of our pipes about once per year. Mr. Rooter always comes quickly and doesn’t overcharge. This time they told us what product to use to avoid needing them.

    Mark stopped out to help with a clogged drain and was great to work with. He was friendly, professional, and got right to work. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and he had the problem taken care of in no time. Overall, I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter in Brookfield. Fast service, friendly people, and they got the job done right. I highly recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs!
