    They did a good job of putting in the septic system and working with the state. Even though the state was being problematic. They communicated well throughout the entire process and got the job done efficiently. The only issue that I have is when there was electrical fault, we received some very poor customer service. It was not from the person we had worked with to put the septic in. It was stated that it was our fault even though an independent inspector said it wasn't.

    Called on call technician, Chris, early on a Saturday morning for a septic alarm. Chris walked me through a few things to check and helped me resolve the issue on my own! Had a different issue a back in December which required a technician visit. I wish I had gotten his name, because he was great, too! So good to have trusted resource when needed! Always 100% 5 Star pleased with service from Herr!

    We had an issue with our sewer main and Chris went far above and beyond throughout the entire process. His communication was exceptional. Proactive, responsive, honest, and professional every step of the way. When dealing with a stressful home issue like this, that level of communication and transparency makes a huge difference. He re-arranged his entire day to come out to our property and fix the issue.

    Just want to leave a 5 star review for Chris B at Herr Septic. We just had a clog just as the pipe enters the septic mound. Due to a weather emergency, the trucks couldn't get out immediately. However, Chris walked my husband thru the steps to fix via phone and text. Chris took the time to find our septic permit from 20 years ago (installed by someone else long gone) so we could find a buried pipe. It was exactly where Chris told us it would be - see red flags in pics attached. Once we opened that, Chris walked us thru the easy steps to unclog the pipe (baffle) entering the tank.
