    Mr. Rooter , was called to come and help me unclog my kitchen sink. While the workers were making an assessment of the work, the workers noticed that some of the pipes were leaking. The Manager of the workers crawled underneath my crawl space and took some pictures and videos to show me the damage to some of the pipes. After reviewing the pictures and videos, I made the decision to let Mr. Rooter make the repairs. They were real professionals and best of all, the repair costs were very reasonable. I would use them again and would recommend to my friends and family.

    Gave management almost 2 weeks to respond before I posted this review. I will start off by saying DO NOT let one of the Technicians go under the house where your drain pipes are at. Even if he insists. Do Not. I won’t put the name, since not sure what is worse in a review, putting the technician name or making it general. One of the technicians created an issue and wanted to charge us for the repair. Was quoting over $6,000 for the repair!!
