We’ve used Mr. Rooter twice now. They are exceptional with their customer care and incredibly knowledgeable. We specifically worked with Jordan and Alex and both were respectful, kind, and so patient, happily sharing detail details about the process. I highly recommend this company. We’ve had them fixed blockages and we will be inviting them back to replace to our old sewer pipes in the basement in the near future. They have established our trust!

I was not happy with the estimator who came, He was just interested in selling expensive products. I felt he used low budget items to make more cash. The workers on the other hand were very professional and respectful to my husband and I.
