They left the yard full massive rocks and sticks all over. Yard has big gouged. I need to now hire so wone to cone out and fix the yard. Do not hire this company. On the papers they stated level the ground etc.. I have many pictures to show they did not. Had to pay others to finish the front yard.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that our leach field replacement wasn't up to your expectations. We take all feedback seriously, and we appreciate your honest feedback. We apologize for any frustration you may have experienced. We would like to address your specific concerns regarding your property post construction. At an already reduced rate that remains unpaid the leach field area was excavated as necessary for job completion. We excavated your lawn with respect and always do our best in getting a lawn back to a usable state when finished. Our policy is to always return the affected lawn area to a rough graded state, as close to the original contours as possible. Backfill may be left mounded, so the dirt can settle. The use of trucks and backhoes can do damage to your lawn. Unfortunately, this is necessary construction work. It is unreasonable to expect heavy equipment to get to/from the worksite without damage to the route to the leach field, especially if there is only one route. Septic systems are underground, meaning under your lawn and with big holes there's going to be some irregularities in the end. As discussed at our initial estimation visit due to excavating the area, your lawn is going to be dug up and new seed or sod will be required upon the completion of the job. We always advise contracting a landscape company to finish the landscaping. Including fixing irrigation, finish grade, raking, hydroseed and any additional lawn improvements or maintenance that is outside our scope of work. Please feel free to contact us directly at 845-853-6012 so we can discuss your experience further.

I can’t recommend EZ Septic Service & Repair highly enough! From their incredible customer service right through to the professional and thorough septic service job, they were fantastic. Nikki communicated clearly and accurately about their response time for an emergency call and they delivered on their commitment- I was so impressed with the lengths they will go to in order to help a customer in need. Also I appreciate how quick and easy their email billing process is!

They quote a low price, but they rescheduled their appointment twice and were no-shows both times. Don't waste your time with them.

    Response from the owner

Andrew this is absolutely not the truth, you were made aware that the pumping of your small tank could be done "weather permitting", we do not control when it will or will not snow. We do apologize for any inconvenience, however you spoke to two different receptionists from our office, on several occasions and were made fully aware of the situation. As far as "low price" we charge what is cost effective to keep our customers happy and not break the bank. Again we apologize for you frustrations, this was out of our control.
