My family and I had Chad Bacon come out to our home that had low water pressure issues and he fixed the problem near immediately. He analyzed what was going on, listened to all the information we were able to give him and accurately diagnosed the issue and how to fix it. He offered us long term solutions and gave us possible issues we would face in the future if we decided to do certain things with our home. The guy deserves a raise, and the ladies who helped facilitate everything on the phone for us do too. Both the updates and arrangements were cordial and fast.

    Response from the owner

It is wonderful to hear that our team was able to resolve your water pressure issue quickly and provide clear, thoughtful solutions for your home. Thank you for highlighting the professionalism and care shown both during your service call and by our office staff on the phone. We truly appreciate your feedback and your trust in Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Killeen. Reviews like yours mean a lot to us.

There is 2 Mr Rooter company, but last Jul 28- Mr Rooter replaced my father's kitchen sink faucet for $700.00! Well his 86 yrs old and asked for senior discount so he end up paying $641 . Still the price is shockingly high for sink faucet replacement. Very disappointing on your prices.
