Excellent service, I am very pleased with the work done. I had the pleasure of having Jacob do the water heater installation. He is very respectful and very knowledgeable about his job, he made sure everything was up to date compliance wise, saving me from failing inspection. Jacob answered all my questions regarding the installation process and various components of the water heater. Left his work area clean and was very cautious when moving materials in and out the house. Jacob most certainly deserves a raise/commission for how thoroughly he does his work!

    Response from the owner

Hi there, thank you for your five-star review and for choosing Mr. Rooter Plumbing. We are delighted to hear that Jacob provided a thorough, respectful water heater installation and ensured everything met current compliance requirements. It is wonderful to know he answered your questions, protected your home, and left the work area clean. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to helping you again in the future.
