Advanced Water Technologies, Inc. in Westfield, MA

I’m very satisfied with Jim and Advanced Water Technologies services. Jim is personable and professional. He expertly located the wellhead and efficiently replaced my 22-year-old submersible pump with a new, high-quality, USA-made 7 GPM pump and with new wiring. I also appreciated he took the time to answer all my questions in detail. Also, I valued Jim's recommendation to replace the older 20-gallon water tank with a new 35-gallon fiberglass tank to extend the pump's lifespan by reducing its cycling frequency.

Jim is probably one of the nicest and genuine people you will meet. Jim is also the textbook definition of an expert. I was recently selling a house and needed some water testing/purification conducted. Jim was super responsive and took care of it in record time. I unfortunately had an incident 2 days later of pure coincidence where an extremely old pressure valve failed. Jim responded to my message at 10:30PM and was out the next day. He fixed the issue and was on his way. I don’t hope for more issues, but if I do, Jim will be the first call.

I am more than pleased with the service I received. Jim was very pleasant and friendly. He arrived on or before the time he said he would come. When he left everything was working and picked up.
