Albert and Preston came out and had to do a power pressure wash. They are true professionals and so helpful! Mr.Rooter is a great resource and we appreciate the fast response. Albert helped by coming before and evaluating our situation. Having new flowerbeds made the solution a little tricky, but they were amazing! Mr. Rooter will be our go to from now on. Albert came out first to get a better idea of what we needed that was great, too.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for choosing Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Amarillo. We are glad we could assist you with your service call and appreciate your business. Albert and Prestan both appreciate your feedback as well!

It was a holiday weekend and Trent was sent out to my house, he communicated when he was on his way and how long it would be until he arrived, when he showed up he was polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job at explaining what he was doing and was determined to fix the problem. Great technician, great service.

Albert came out after my son filled my clean out for my sewage full of rocks. After I got about 30 rocks out using my snake and shop vacuum. I was only getting a portion. He got it flowing and pictures of the clog informed me that the next pile of rocks was only about 5 ft into the line. Suggested save time by just digging it out. After a few more days of low flow and poor drainage and extra work by me. Decided to dig it up myself. 1 full day of digging and replacing 8 foot of the pipe. Found so many more.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Scotty! We truly appreciate you sharing your experience. We’re glad Albert was able to get things flowing and provide you with an honest assessment of what was happening in the line. Your kind words about his honesty and straightforward advice mean a lot to our team. Thank you for trusting Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Amarillo!
