  1. Rick D.

    August 2026

Mike and his team did a fantastic job hooking our house to city sewer and properly addressing our abandoned septic tank. When the big day came, he had a full crew in place and they got to work and knocked out the project quickly. Everyone was professional and the work was done well for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

    April 2026

We had an outstanding experience with MKB Plumbing Septic and especially our technician, Zeke. I originally found them on Facebook, sent a message, and received an immediate response. From my first inquiry to the entire job being completed was only about 6½ hours, which is incredibly impressive. Zeke came out right away, quickly located our septic box, and dug it up with no wasted time. What we didn’t realize was that our tank was already at full capacity, so this could have turned into a major emergency.

    January 2026

Had MKB come out to look at our septic to pump it out. Turns out my lid was cracked in several places and it was almost full. They put in a new tank for us and they were so pleasant to deal with from the guys that came to pump it out, to the owner Mike who came out and put in the new tank, to his Dad who did some light grading/debris removal/grass & seed . . great company to deal with and think I also got a fair price :) highly recommend

    Response from the owner

I can't give these guys enough stars! After having 2 previous companies come and give me quotes of 15,000 for new tank and leech field, Mike came out spent hours checking out my system. We found out my leech field wasn't even where the previous companies told me it was and my tank although it's old was working and my leech field was fine. He took the time to explain every little detail so I could understand and gave me best and worse case potential issues. We hired him for the repair, mind you our family had been without septic for 3 weeks, and he was able to get out the same week and fix it.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the great review, we really appreciate you taking the time to share it. We’re glad we could give you some clarity and help you feel confident in the situation. It means a lot to hear that our approach and explanations made a difference. We’re always here if you need anything down the line.

Before You Call

A homeowner with a full tank can ask whether same-day septic pumping is available for the needed service date. For a new system, the decision may involve whether MKB should also handle the site preparation.
