Our septic was placed in the wrong spot for a new construction home. We had to hire someone else to move it which cost over $9000 because this contractor wouldn't come back out and completely stopped responding to us.

    Response from the owner

This septic was installed in the proper location based on the permit and approved by the county. It was installed prior to the house ever being built. The house was then built and the building contractor did not allow enough fall from the house to the tanks which were a large distance from the house that the basement plumbing would not function properly. This originally was a very good review and was only changed once the building contractor issues were discovered. We could not work within their timeframe to to relocate the tank due to present workload and they had to get another contractor to lower the tanks.which in turn required additional funds. We would have charged additional to lower the tanks as it was not our error. The building contractor was all to blame in this case. I am sorry they had issues but they are putting the blame in the wrong place They expected us to come back and correct this for nothing when we were not in the wrong. As for the accusation of not returning calls. I have a lot text to the contrary.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I hired them and it took weeks to get on their schedule due to rain delays which I get but Ronda never kept me in the loop. I’d reach out call wait days for a single text this is after I gave a couple grand deposit. Then they installed my system incorrectly not as designed per county. Now I’m having issues only been 2/3 months and she is stating homeowners negligence when I did everything she asked me to do. I also was supposed to have a clean out installed and they forgot that too but I paid for it.

    Response from the owner

I would like to respond to this crazy review, we installed your system over 4 months ago around June 26 2025 and now you send a negative review. As far as your issues go, do you see effluent surfacing in your yard, do you have sewage coming into your home? You call after 4 months and tell us you hear a gurgle sound while it is raining a few nights ago, you know I stepped outside my home and I heard a gurgle sound at my house, it is called rain run off. As far as the county matter, you have an approved system per the county, its public record you can go look it up. You was present when the main inspector from the county was there to give you approval. Your other problem was you told us you couldn't get grass to grow over your tank, I would like to know what you want me to tell you about growing grass, we are a septic company not a landscape specialist company. Yes when it rains we have delays, but as I recall the biggest delay was you having problems with sending the deposit to us to begin with, the thing is we don't put customers on our schedule just because they say there going to send a deposit, we put customers on schedule that have signed contracts and paid there deposit. I can't tell you how to fix a problem with a gurgle sound you hear. We have spoke with you multiple times that the issue is surface water and settling of the tank area. The last pictures you sent only show surface water from the rain and gutter drains. We explained multiple times that the area needs to be landscaped and water diverted so the settling will stop. This is the homeowners responsibility. The system is functioning as designed and no failure has occurred. I have responded to all communication from you but are at a final point of being able to help as the issues you describe are not septic related. We take our customer concerns very serious and from our past reviews you can see we try to do a positive job.

Local Ground

Around Salisbury, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Salisbury city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

Tank inspection is another part of the company's pumping work. Before booking septic pumping, a homeowner can ask what the inspection will cover.
