The alarm on my septic tank was going off randomly indicated that it was either backed up or that a sensor was bad. It took a while to figure out who to call, but once I contacted Midwest Sewer Services, they were familiar with the type or problem and dispatched someone to fix it later the same day. I'm very happy to have this fixed and back to tip top condition.

Response from the owner

Thanks, Joel! We're glad we could get it taken care of quickly and get everything working properly again.

I could not be happier with the service and professionalism Midwest Sewer Services provides. I worked with Brian indirectly years ago and he really knows what he's doing! Trust is super important to me and MSS didn't let me down.

We had our septic system installed by Midwest Sewer Services and I can’t say enough good things about Brian and his crew. They were great to work with, kept us informed through the whole process, and did really solid work. The system turned out great, and they even left the yard looking better than before they started.

Was impressed from the start. Nicole was knowledgeable on the questions I had, and they were able to schedule the inspection pretty quickly. Reached out several time during the process for more information, and they were quick to respond. Defiantly recommend based on my experience.

Homeowner reviews cover a few different jobs, from a full septic installation to a whole-system replacement to a tank alarm that kept going off. John writes that Brian and his crew kept his family informed through the install and "left the yard looking better than before they started." Another reviewer with a tank alarm sounding got a technician out later the same day, and one more had an inspection scheduled quickly after a first call.

Before You Call

When an older system starts to fail, the decision in front of a homeowner is whether to expand what is already in the ground or start over with a new installation. Midwest Sewer Services does both, and that question is a fair one to put to the crew on a first call.
