After 3 incompetent sewer line repairs, by other companies, I really needed to find someone who would be highly skilled and trustworthy for my 4th repair. Saint Croix Sewer Service is who I landed on and feel so thankful that I did. They have been thoroughly professional, patient and reliable. Choosing someone with the correct skill set to repair a sewer line is challenging, I highly recommend Saint Croix Sewer Service.

When our septic tank alarm went off, I was frantic to get someone out to diagnose the issue fast. I called several septic companies and only one was super responsive, helpful, and reassuring and that was St. Croix Sewer Service. I really appreciated Lisa’s assurance that helping us diagnose the problem was a priority for them. I will most definitely call them again and I highly recommend you do too!

Response from the owner

We’re especially pleased to hear that our responsiveness and reassurance helped put you at ease during a challenging moment. Your trust and recommendation means a great deal to us, and we look forward to assisting you again whenever you need us.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviews turn on speed. Annie writes that when her septic tank alarm went off, this was the one crew of the several she called that answered fast and made her diagnosis the priority. Sarah counts a 24 hour turnaround from her first call to a truck in her driveway. The bigger jobs read the same way. Matt says the crew showed up early and "left the job site absolutely spotless", and Larry, who needed a whole new system during a stressful stretch, credits Tony with meticulous site cleanup from beginning to end.

Before You Call

The decision most homeowners face with a failing system is repair against full replacement, and this shop works both ends, from emergency repairs to design and install. Worth asking on the phone: what their soil evaluation includes, because that step shapes the repair-or-replace answer.
