What people write about is the speed, not the pumping. One account has Doug and Connor arriving early on a Saturday morning after a call late the Friday before about a system that had failed, and Ashley writes that the crew could "come out the same day". The office keeps coming up as well. Several customers mention being walked through what to expect before anyone arrived.

Before You Call
With a tank backing up, the question is simply how soon someone can be at the house, and this is a company people have called on a weekend. Worth asking what the visit covers beyond the pump-out itself.
