Professional and patient. The technicians arrived when office personnel said they would. They answered all of my questions and didn’t talk down to me, which often happens because I’m a female head of household. Highly recommend!

Dyer Septic to the rescue! I called first thing this morning in a bit of a panic. I got a very helpful, sympathetic response right away. Dennis & Tyler came out a few hours later and did a great job taking care of the issue. They'll be back within the week to install a riser for us at a reasonable price as well. Thank you, Dyer Septic for your quick response, courteous customer service and friendly staff. I highly recommend!

Dyer Septic Service is a fantastic, family-owned company with an excellent reputation. They came to the rescue after the plumber still couldn't fix our clogged pipes problem. Since the toilet, all sinks, dishwasher, tub and washer were all bubbling and backing up for days, we called Dyer out of desperation and they squeezed us into their schedule! Dennis, the person on the phone was helpful, friendly and efficient. After he did research, we learned the old septic in our recently moved into house hadn't been pumped in years.

    Response from the owner

Wow! Thank you so much for your kind words, we really appreciate you!

Before You Call

A homeowner choosing between septic tank pumping and system replacement can ask which service fits the problem. If the issue is urgent, the phone question is whether emergency service is available for that job.
