Martin Septic LLC in Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA

Robert was an absolute lifesaver! We had a septic level alarm going off 1 week after moving into our new house and neither the company who had just inspected it as part of the closing nor the company who inspected our previous house, who we really liked, do diagnosing or troubleshooting of septic issues - they only pump and inspect. But we were referred by one of them to Robert Martin and he was wonderful! He had me check some things for him while we were on the phone to see if it was an easy fix that could be solved over-the-phone.

After receiving a level alarm over the weekend, Robert Martin of Martin Septic, came over to my house with little notice and solved the problem the same day (pump replacement & updated piping). By late-afternoon on Monday we were back up and running. Very professional, and efficient. Highly recommended.

Unresponsive. Came out to check a blockage in my drain field, forgot some equipment, so he said he'd come back the following week to finish up. Ended up blowing me off completely and I never heard from him again. I gave the job to Cook's, and the lesson learned was that I should have started with Cook's.

Martin is a really helpful guy! Called to ask about pumping a tank, he said they don't BUT made a recommendation for 2 other companies in the area that do! That's really helpful and considerate. They can fix anything that might be wrong with your septic's mechanical or electrical parts though.
