We recently experienced an issue with our grinder pump and promptly reached out to Dirt Dog Drainfields for assistance. Charlie agreed to drop by later that evening to assess the problem. After thoroughly evaluating the situation, Charlie efficiently installed a new grinder pump the following day, along with an upgraded alarm system. The meticulous attention to detail and care exhibited by Charlie during the installation process was truly commendable. The pricing offered by Dirt Dog Drainfields was fair and reasonable.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sending me this review, I lost your contact information Mrs. Byrd. I don't have words to express how terrible I have felt for the way things were handled on your repair Mrs. Byrd. I don't have any excuse, it was just wrong. I should not have let things going on in my personal life affect my business the way it did. I want to be accountable. I sincerely apologize to you for it taking so long for me to get back to a place where I can refund your hard-earned money. You trusted me with making a repair and i installed a pump that didnt meet the needs of your system. I also promised you I would be there for you if anything went wrong and i wasnt. There no excuse for this. I was wrong. Hopefully the rest of the work i did is still functioning properly. I stand by my work just like I told you and your husband when we met. I want to make this right if you have time please reach out to me either through a text message or phone call at 540-223-6862. can verify your card information that I have is still good to send the refund.

Charlie was a life saver this past weekend. He came out on a holiday to unclog our septic line and educated us about the system as he went. He was very thorough checking other areas of concern around the house as well. It’s rare to find a genuine service provider these days and we will definitely be calling again the next time we need our septic serviced.

Charlie is absolutely the best. He came out and diagnosed our septic field penitent work nothing but a metal rod and years of experience. He looks at your system as a whole rather than just replacing parts. If you do choose Dirt Dog, which you should, plan to spend some time talking with him. He's an absolute wealth of knowledge and he loves teaching anyone willing to listen. At the end of the day, Charlie did a hell of a job for us and will go above and beyond to make sure your system is ready to go. Pricing was extremely good because he didn't try to inflate the bill.
