I called two days in a row -(Multiple times in One day), I had no idea what I was talking about or what was needed and Darla answered each and every questions and was so sweet and patient as we worked through what was going on. We ended up not needing the service but we will use them in the future if needed!

We were happy with them. Note that "Marion Pumper" and "Marion Pumpers" are interchangeable names for the same company. We have a 1,000-gallon tank, and it's the first time we have drained it, after 3.5 years of use. They also inspected the walls, pipes, and filters. Cost: $350. They would be even better if they had an easy online payment system.

Excellent company. Very thorough, my septic system is a bit older. One of the supervisors George came out to check something and explain the whole system to me. He took time with With me. Showed me some things explain things, and I actually know so much more about septic tanks than I ever knew. This company is very honest and standby their work. When and if I need a septic tank replaced, I will use them for sure. I trust them very knowledgeable and George is awesome.!
