Jose was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I am a new homeowner and have an older septic system and he really took his time explaining to me how the septic system works, how to maintain it, and how to plan for future repairs.

    Response from the owner

Hey there, Hannah! Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know! We really appreciate it. Have a blessed week.

I highly recommend Leesburg Septic and their entire team. From the moment I called, I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me solve the problem rather than simply selling me a service. The woman who answered the phone took the time to listen to the symptoms I was experiencing and asked thoughtful questions about why I thought I needed an inspection and pump-out.

    Response from the owner

WOW! Ms. Rita- this is maybe one of the nicest reviews ever. Thank you so much for taking the time. Blessed my day. So glad we were able to take care of you. We don't pay for advertising almost ever. We've always seen that if you concentrate on constantly having a servant's heart and being a good steward for the population you serve, the work has always come back to us eventually. Even if we don't make the money that day or that year, one day that customer you spent time with will need something and we'll be here for them. Our whole team constantly makes that our mission and we find more joy in the work operating that way. It makes my heart happy that you recognized it. Have a blessed day <3 Love, "the woman who answered the phone." :)

  5. James C.

    July 2026

Words barely due justice to the incredible service provided by this company for us and especially Jose. He spent 90 minutes searching the yard for the septic tank, clean out and fingers at a home we want to purchase. He found it in a bizarre location, dug several feet to get the tank lid off and then a Herculean effort to get the packed tank emptied. He was professional and persistent. I would recommend 100%!

    Response from the owner

Hey there, James! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate the kind words! Have a blessed 4th of July!

Before You Call

For a home sale, the decision may be whether to schedule a real estate inspection, a standard pump-out or both. Ask which service fits the system and the closing timeline.
