Several customers describe years of repeat work from this crew. Brad has had Macken pump his septic for at least 12 years, Kenneth has hired the company for at least 20, and Timothy's household brought them back to pump a system they first installed years ago. Kenneth says the operator showed up on time for his recent service. Ken called during what he saw as an emergency repair and says the two men who came "knocked themselves out" on a thorough job in single digit temperatures. Another customer describes water running across the yard, a pumping visit moved up ahead of the first opening, and a crew that cleaned the tank and cleared a mud-filled gravel box. Ann thanks the team for replacing a water riser on a morning that reached 8 degrees.
