Edit to respond to your response since you wanted to insinuate that it was a false review: I am sure you know exactly what service I am referring to based on the information provided, but I have a screenshot of the paid invoice #000076 which was paid through square and the name on the invoice was my husbands, last name Reid if your memory needs to be jogged. Denying that you did any service for me and insinuating that I lied in this review is not a good look.

We would love to talk to you and help in any way. 716-400-4108 Thank you for providing the name associated with the service, as we were initially unable to locate the job based on the Google review name. After reviewing our records, we found the visit where we were called to pump the septic tank, which was completed and billed accordingly. Following the service ( pumping out your septic tank that was the only item we did and billed for) your husband texted confirming that everything was working and that the system was functioning normally. That was the final communication we received from your household until this review.

Run--don't walk--to Buffalo Septic if you need anything done with your septic tank. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had (& there have been many!). I was having a septic emergency (think sewage spewing out onto the lawn); I called Josh and he was over just a few hours later. He's a guy who clearly knows his stuff--showed up, knew exactly what was going on, fixed it and he was on his way--all under an hour (I should also mention, he showed up when he said he would--ON TIME--none of this "four hour window" nonsense). Price for the job was totally reasonable.

We had this company over 5 yrs ago. Same guy, nice and professional. The price was not too bad. I highly recommend this company.

Toilets were backing up. I called a company that cleaned our system a few years ago. Told me they were 3 weeks behind. Call Buffalo septic josh came out the same day and took care of our system. A1 service thank you again.
