The septic inspection performed notified us of the need for a whole new septic system before the purchase of our home, saving us well over $10k. Worth every penny for the peace of mind and could even save you money in your purchase. A huge thanks to MK Adams septic!

We used M.K. Adams for a pump and inspection on a home we are purchasing and they were super fast, communicative and very thorough - we would absolutely use them again for any septic needs! Would recommend.

Melina(owner/operator) responded within an hour of my first contact and set up an annual contract for quarterly service and had the first service completed within 2 days. She located two chronic problems that had never been mentioned nor addressed by my previous septic service and we arranged to have the repairs completed within two days of becoming aware of the issues. I cannot recommend her and M.K. Adams Septic Service more highly as she represents the best in a local, small, family owned and run business - excellent communication, work ethic and availability. Great Job!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much Mr. McCown! It makes my day to know you are pleased and look forward to serving you in the future! These reviews and recommendations go a long ways for a small business!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviewers describe pumping, inspections and repairs on aerobic systems. Several mention quarterly service contracts, and one says the first visit came within 2 days of the first call. Weekend and evening calls come up more than once. Johnny and christopher both had aerobic system problems fixed on a Sunday, and Ryan says the phone was answered late into the evening. Heather had a pump and inspection done on a home she was buying, and called the crew "super fast, communicative and very thorough". Hunter says a pre-purchase inspection showed the system needed replacing before the sale closed.
