    Not happy with the grease trap service the techs provided, left a lot of mess behind, and contaminated clean dishes and surfaces with grease splats all over. When called the office to raise a few concerns, the support and person on the phone were not very helpful. when i asked a billing question and if i could have automatic payments done on the account, they gave me attitude because i asked if the ACH withdrawals could be made to avoid credit card payment fees.

    We have always taken ACH payments. I Think you may be confusing us for another company that has a different middle name. I don’t know how you can splatter grease with a vacuum. We would be happy to talk to you about your service. BTW no credit card fees if you pay by cash or mail a check.
