    Super friendly and fast! I had to call Ledford services on a whim, and they were able to come out in just a couple hours. The technician was very efficient, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to me. We will definitely be using Ledford again!

    I called yesterday regarding a sprinkler head that was wobbly and not spraying properly. I explained the situation to the scheduler and asked her what the cost would be. She said it depended on which sprinkler head it was. I told her it was a Maxi Paw and she said the head would be $50 and the service call to fix it would be $140. What she wrote on the Customer Portal was "1st maxipaw sprayer on the line seems loose. Quoted $50 for the spray head and $140 for svc.-AH." An hour later the tech showed up and he was excellent.

    Not much for "customer service" kept getting transferred to "Kim" when the person answering didn't understand how to take the call. I was only asking for a quote. They supposedly sent someone out to check out the issue, but none of my 3 cameras on the front of my property caught anyone. The person that allegedly came out said my lead lines were in my neighbors yard when they are smack dab in the middle of my yard, and that the septic was too close to the city side, which 1. Im not in city limits and 2. It is many feet away from the culvert.

    Shawnee, I’m sorry we dropped the ball on communication and that getting a simple quote turned into a frustrating runaround. If no one was actually on your property when we said they were, and the information you were given didn’t match what’s on-site, that’s not acceptable, please call our office and ask for a manager so we can review the dispatch notes and make this right.
