I found Lake Livingston Septic thru a Google search so, I called and was told the service man (Adam) would arrive in late afternoon but to my wonderful surprise, he showed up much earlier. He went right to work on my problem and in very fast time my problem was solved. After to job was finished, we sat down to finalize the bill which in my opinion was very reasonable. I can't say enough about the courteous and patient manner that Adam carefully explained many details (do's and don'ts) about my system that I never knew about. So, I received great service and a valuable education.

The guys were fast, honest and professional. They were clear on the services I needed and more importantly didn’t sell me services I did not need! Honesty goes a long way in my book. Will keep these guys on call for the next time $h1t goes wrong.

I was very pleased with the service Lake Livingston Septic provided last week. They pumped out our three tanks in the Coldspring area. They went above and beyond locating the access holes which were not identified at all since this is the first time we had them pumped out since we bought the house. Adam was especially helpful and worked hard to get the job done on a very hot afternoon.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviews describe the work arriving fast: a same-day crew for an emergency tank cleaning, a next-day slot for a scheduled pump-out, and one technician who showed up hours earlier than promised. Customers name Adam, their technician, in several reviews, and Curtis writes that the crew "pumped out our three tanks" and tracked down access holes no one had marked. Several reviewers also mention getting straight answers about which services the system needed and which it did not.

Before You Call

A house changing hands brings a decision the routine pump-out does not: whether the septic system should be looked at before signing. Lake Livingston Septic provides septic inspections for real estate deals alongside its pump-outs, so one call can line up whichever the sale needs.
