Very nice people. One star because they were not clear on their pricing. They had to come out 3 times, weren't able to resolve the problem, until they used the hydrojet on the third visit. What I thought was going to be a 400$ turned into a 900$ job and I wasn't notified until I got the bill. Not very transparent

I was so impressed with KRK Plumbing! They were incredibly responsive to my emergency call and arrived on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use them again!"

This is our first home with a septic system, so we made calls to several businesses. Kyle (the owner) answered and spent 15 minutes patiently answering my questions, so I scheduled service with them. Cesar the tech did an excellent, thorough job and explained everything when he was finished. Highly recommended!
