I can not say enough good things about this company from start to finish. Between the phone at night to the morning everyone was so nice. Spoke with Stephanie at night and she was willing to send a technician out to get some relief but told her it’s okay we could wait til morning for the whole septic tank to be cleaned out. Come this morning they gave me the courtesy call of letting me know that the technician was getting the truck to go and then an hour later she called back to tell me Trish was on the way. Trish showed up happy and very nice!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Stephanie and Trish provided such a friendly, professional, and thorough experience. We’re glad Trish could help with your septic tank cleaning and explain everything along the way. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to serving you again!

Worked with Chase and Pete on a site to replace some roof drains. Although the project was a challenge in a few ways, Chase was always able to figure out how to proceed and get the task complete. When it came time to invoice and payment, Destiny made this seamless and easy to navigate. If you're in the need of a plumber who gets the job done, give ACS Rooter One a call!!!!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Corey! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're glad Chase and Pete were able to successfully complete your roof drain replacement project, and that Destiny made the invoicing process smooth and easy. Your recommendation means a lot, and we look forward to helping with your future plumbing needs!

I cannot express how pleased I am with services completed this morning. Just needed estimate, but the office dispatched Donnie who arrived within the hour, fixed my leak under the house in about 1/2 hour and undercut the other plumbing company by over $3,000.00!! Very impressed and so happy I called for 2nd opinion. The gals in office fantastic as well since dealing with all this from out of state👍👍 Thank you and God bless!! Your outstanding service made my day!!!

    Response from the owner

Hi Gina, thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled Donnie was able to quickly fix the leak and provide a solution that exceeded your expectations. We truly appreciate your trust and kind words, and we're always here if you need us again. God bless!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviewers describe tank pump-outs, a clogged septic system and one technician arriving at 10:00 pm on a Sunday. Several say the technician explained each step before starting, and a few say the crew left the yard as they found it. Speed comes up often. Talia said the crew was "out within two hours of my call," and Violet describes a technician working through pouring rain to clear a clog. Others mention office staff who answered the phone and called back when the truck was on its way.
