Mr.James and jack did an awesome job! Bath tub and shower, toilet, bathroom sink all installed and hooked up to water lines. Kitchen sink, hot water heater all hooked up to water lines and drain lines. Beautiful work. Cleanup afterwards was excellent. The gentleman were very easy to talk to and explained everything in terms we could understand. We will recommend and call if we need more help. Thank you!

    Response from the owner

We are thrilled to hear how happy you were with the work James and Jake completed in your home. From getting everything installed and hooked up properly, to leaving the space clean and taking the time to explain everything clearly, it sounds like they represented our team exactly the way we strive for. We will be sure to pass your kind words along to both of them! Thank you for recommending Johnson SPD, we are happy to help anytime you need us!

  5. April W.

    September 2026

Very disappointed with the pricing. I was quoted $3,500 to $4,000 during regular hours and close to $5,000 after hours to repipe the propane lines under my home. The crawlspace is completely open and accessible, with the existing gas piping exposed and easy to reach. When I questioned why the price was so high, I was told that gas piping and materials are substantially more expensive and that black iron has to be individually cut and threaded.

    Response from the owner

Hi April, we’re sorry our estimate did not meet your expectations. We completely understand and encourage customers to obtain multiple estimates when making a large repair decision. We do want to clarify that this was an estimate for a complete propane gas repipe, and no work was performed by our company. Our pricing reflects licensed gas work, labor, materials, proper sizing and installation, testing, and the responsibility involved in safely working on a fuel-gas system. After-hours pricing also reflects the additional cost of providing emergency service outside normal business hours. This estimate was also given based on pictures, and we were willing to complete work the same day you called even though we had a full schedule and are a small company, to do what we do best, which is serve our customers the best way we can. We stand behind our pricing and are always happy to explain what is included in an estimate. We wish you the best with your project.
