Nothing but amazing customer service, and communication, friendly, great price, and prompt service! Highly recommend!! Plus he brings the cutest dog along.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much! This is the level of service we want to provide to all our customers, so its great to hear we met that goal. I'm thinking maybe the pup should earn a spot looking out the stoolbus window! 🤣

We weren't scammed but we were taken advantage of... We had a septic backup in our house and called for service. He came out in the late afternoon did some trouble shooting and defined that water was not coming into the septic...blockage in the waste pipe to the septic. Confirmed they would be back the following day with equipment. Knowing nothing of septic, I let him proceed with fixing the problem...went inside to be with my kids. They started digging up my runoff field, I went outside to ask why they were digging in the field when the blockage is occurring before the septic tank.

Genuinely a wonderful company and people to work with. All was completed above expectations and a pleasant experience in a septic emergency! We had a emergency on a Sunday mid day, James and Cath were out shortly after the call to resolve. Explained throughly what needed to be done and timelines. We felt very comfortable in their work, honesty, and trusted them completely!
