I have ordered material from them all throughout Calvert County, on numerous occasions, always same-day/next day delivery. Always a professional driver. Material is always A+ grade. Crystal’s customer service couldn’t get any better. Thank you J. Calvin Wood.

Mr Wood always responds quickly and explains everything in detail, his daughters that run the office are also really great. This is a great company I highly recommend.

I was recommended via a community Facebook page. Showed up the next day, replaced one of my septic pumps. When they found the prior pumps were not wired correctly, they had the electrician come out and rewire the pumps correctly. He even made sure to water proof the connections. When I mentioned about one of the breakers being loose in the panel he went into the panel to make sure all connections and breakers were tight and working correctly. The price was fair and I will be calling them soon to replace the other older pump.

I purchased full dirt from them to fill a hole a large tree and all the roots had pulled up under my fence. The dirt had eroded for several years and I didn’t even know how much I needed, I just called. The woman on the phone walked me through how to estimate how much I need and they delivered the same day. My delivery instructions were kind of confusing, so the delivery truck called me to clarify and I wasn’t able to answer at work so they texted me as well just to make sure they got it where I wanted it! Excellent service.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners describe projects that include replacing failed tanks, swapping septic pumps, and restoring yards after erosion. Crews often arrived the next day or right away when equipment broke down, with John evaluating site concerns and field technicians handling electrical connections. The company completed "installing a BAT septic system and new drain field" for Lisa while the office answered questions throughout the process.
