    Bought 2 riser kits to install on my septic tank lids. Kits were stocked and cheaper than big box stores. Highly recommended!

    First off, this company was scheduled to show up on a Wednesday when someone would be home to let them in the back yard. That didn’t happen. No call or contact about missing the appointment. A truck shows up on Thursday afternoon unannounced and parks in the driveway. Driver proceeds to let himself in my latched fence and go into the backyard. Never knocked on the door to see if anyone was home or to get permission. We have security cameras that caught this. My wife happened to be home, heard a noise, and went out to see what this young man was doing in our backyard unannounced.

    Ikards was quick to respond and set up to get my tank pumped. Their pricing was similar to another quote I got and was competitive. Tim gave me a walkthrough of septic tank maintenance while he was pumping, and taught me some tips to better care for our system. I would recommend!

    Ikard had great prices for a tank for our new build and seemed to be professional. The lady who answers the phone was very nice and apologetic when we had to call (several times), some because of weather delays and some also because of delivery problems. Yesterday the tank delivery was 3 hours late with no contact that they would be late. He didn't get the tank in correctly, now its sitting slanted and halfway in the hole that was dug to their specifications. I called back because it started raining and asked if someone else could come back today and fix it.
